Refund Policy

  General Policy
All payments made to Bright Ship Digital are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed all service descriptions, deliverables, and timelines, and that you are fully satisfied with your decision to proceed.

  No Refunds on Services Rendered
Once work has commenced — including but not limited to strategy development, content creation, scheduling, ad setup, or consulting — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether the deliverables have been fully completed at the time of your refund request.

  Non-Performance Does Not Guarantee Refund
Marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Variations in results due to market conditions, platform algorithm changes, audience behavior, or other external factors will not constitute grounds for a refund.

  Client Obligations
Refunds will not be considered in cases where the client:

  • Fails to provide required materials, approvals, or information in a timely manner.

  • Fails to follow strategic recommendations or agreed-upon processes.

  • Requests changes or revisions outside the original scope of work.

  Prepaid Services & Subscriptions
All prepaid service fees and subscription payments are non-refundable. Any unused time, credits, or services will be forfeited upon cancellation.

   Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Bright Ship Digital constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
